Diode valve Characteristic Apparatus - (SIPEC-006) | a) Diode valve Characteristic Apparatus :- This instrument is designed to work on 230 volt A.C. It consists of a power supply of its own. Fitted with diode valve on the front panel. Two meters are provided to read to voltage / current. This apparatus is very useful for ploting the characterstic curve of a Diode valve. This instrument is built in steel box nicely painted. Triode valve characteristic Apparatus - (SIPEC-007) | a) Triode valve characteristic Apparatus :- The instrument is designed to work on 230 volts A.C. It consists of power supply of its own, fitted with triode valve 6.15 One dual range meter (out of two meters provided in this apparatus) is provided for HT volts and current with the help of a toggle switch and other of Bias volts. Output :- H.T. 0-300 volts DC at 30 MA continuously variable. Semiconductor Diode Characteristic Apparatus - (SIPEC-009) | a) Semiconductor Diode Characteristic Apparatus : Consisting of a semi conductor Diode OA 79 provided with terminals for each electrode fitted on black front panel with built in two power supply.
