Hydro cyclone is very important for the separation of fine material from the cores material. Usually hydro cyclone is a small Cylindrical conical vessel with involute, inlet and apex. This is very simple unit to handle large volume of slurry with specific size separation. In fact it is replacing spiral classifier in the wet ball mill circuit. Sizes : From 25mm dia. to 150 mm dia.
