Test Sieves

Test sieves is a common laboratory requirement. Sieves are used for sieving of chemical powders, medical powders, aggregate, sand soil and cement etc. These sieves are manufactured as per various standards like ISS, BSS, ASTM, DIN etc. Sieves are commonly used for gradation and particle size determination. these are mainly made of brass frame and g. I. Frame of dia. 200mm, 300mm & 450mm.

Construction : The frame is made out of spun brass and without any joint in it. A clean rigid design of minimum weight and free from corners where the material could be lodged. Uniform fabrications of our sieves permit easy and smooth nesting on each others and also with lid and receivers. Imported stainless steel 18/8 quality or Phosphor Bronze standard sieve cloth is used for batter performance and lasting. An essential feature of test sieves is that the mesh should be flat, taut and uniform and with permanent tension round the whole circumference. Micro Test Sieves are available in one piece frame of 4" diameter and also available in sizes of 1-1/2", 3", 5" and 6" diameter with suitable lid and receiver.(as per below table) Coares Test Sieves of 8", 12" and 18" diameter are available with perforated plates with round or square holes size No. 4.75 to 100 mm. These are used for sieve analysis of coarse aggregate in various laboratories and test environments wherein the most demanding accuracy is required.
